A few weeks ago our church sent Jordan on an eight week sabbatical. In an effort to preserve this unique time for Jordan to seek the face of the Lord, our elders sought to temporarily relieve him of pastoral and preaching duties. However, we thought it would be helpful for those praying to get a weekly snapshot of how the sabbatical is being spent and some specific ways to pray for him during this time.
